Under United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract of items within 14 working days after the item is delivered to you.
We cannot accept cancellations of contracts for items delivered online.
If the items you are returning are faulty or incorrect when you receive them, your postage payment will be refunded and we will send you a replacement product free of charge and a pre-paid envelope to return the damaged product to us.
If you are returning items because you do not require them and not because they are faulty or incorrect, you will need to pay the original delivery postage payment.
We cannot give full refunds on returned items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer. We recommend that you return items by recorded delivery as we can only give refunds for goods we receive. Please enclose a note confirming your reason for returning the product.
